This Advertising Space Sales Policy governs the purchase, placement, and display of advertisements on Sitemates.net ("Website"). By purchasing advertising space on the Website, advertisers agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws of the European Union.

2. Eligibility

3. Advertising Content Requirements

The following content is prohibited:

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading claims.

• Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence.

• Content that infringes the rights of third parties.

4. Approval and Rejection

Sitemates.net reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove any advertisement at its sole discretion, including where an advertisement:

• May harm the reputation or security of the Website;

• Is unlawful or subject to regulatory restrictions.

Payment for rejected advertisements may be refunded in accordance with the applicable purchase agreement.

5. Advertising Placement

Advertising space is sold subject to availability. Placement, duration, size, and positioning of advertisements are determined by the agreement between Sitemates.net and the advertiser.

Sitemates.net does not guarantee:

• A specific number of impressions, clicks, or sales;

• Continuous availability of any particular advertising position;

• Business outcomes resulting from advertisements.

6. Pricing and Payments

• Advertising fees shall be disclosed before purchase.

• Payments must be made using approved payment methods.

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

• Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, are the responsibility of the advertiser.

7. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers are solely responsible for:

• The legality and accuracy of their advertisements;

• Obtaining necessary licences, permissions, and consents;

• Compliance with EU consumer protection, privacy, and advertising laws;

• Ensuring linked websites and services comply with applicable laws.

8. Data Protection

Where advertising activities involve the processing of personal data, both parties shall comply with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Advertisers shall not use tracking technologies, cookies, or personal data processing methods on Sitemates.net without the Website's prior written consent and any legally required user consent.

9. Intellectual Property

Advertisers grant Sitemates.net a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute submitted advertising materials solely for the purpose of providing advertising services.

All intellectual property rights in the advertiser's materials remain with the advertiser.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sitemates.net shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from advertising services, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

Sitemates.net may suspend or terminate advertising services immediately if an advertiser breaches this Policy or applicable laws.

12. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of [Insert EU Member State], and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable European Union law.
