2. Eligibility
Advertisers must:

3. Advertising Content Requirements

The following content is prohibited:

4. Approval and Rejection

Payment for rejected advertisements may be refunded in accordance with the applicable purchase agreement.
5. Advertising Placement
Advertising space is sold subject to availability. Placement, duration, size, and positioning of advertisements are determined by the agreement between Sitemates.net and the advertiser.
Sitemates.net does not guarantee:

A specific number of impressions, clicks, or sales;

Continuous availability of any particular advertising position;

Business outcomes resulting from advertisements.
6. Pricing and Payments

Advertising fees shall be disclosed before purchase.

Payments must be made using approved payment methods.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, are the responsibility of the advertiser.
7. Advertiser Responsibilities
Advertisers are solely responsible for:

The legality and accuracy of their advertisements;

Obtaining necessary licences, permissions, and consents;

Compliance with EU consumer protection, privacy, and advertising laws;

Ensuring linked websites and services comply with applicable laws.
